Our rates are competitive and we are committed to providing the highest standards when it comes to leasing and management. Under our management agreement, our management services would include handling rent collection, repairs, inspecting the property, paying any designated property bills and providing you with monthly reporting. If your property is not registered with the Rental Accommodations Office, we will ensure that it is brought into compliance and legally registered. In the event that there are any delinquency issues, we work closely with an attorney who specializes in Landlord/ Tenant matters versed in expediting equitable resolutions.

We advocate for clients in housing crisis by keeping them engaged with local resources that solidify their goals of meeting their financial obligations and being good neighbors. We support clients in maintaining housing that utilize varied financial supportive programs to include Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), and Rapid Re-housing. We conduct trainings for Resident Associations and Tenant Counsels, providing guidance on how to maximize available HUD housing stability programs to include financial management/effective budgeting and being a good neighbor and active community member.
