Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Charlene P. Kane, is co-founder and managing partner. She assumes day to day oversight of all property management activities and programs. Ms. Kane is licensed as both a Realtor and Property Manager in Washington DC. She presents with a thirty year, diverse background in housing management that encompasses: Class A Multi-family Residential, Cooperative, Home Owners & Condominium Associations; Commercial, Public Housing and Mixed Income Multifamily Affordable Housing assets. She has completed commercial and residential lease-ups and implemented resident relocation plans for both commercial and residential renovation and conversion projects. Within her career she has successfully managed housing portfolios up to 2,200 units within the Mid-Atlantic United States. As an affordable housing advocate Ms. Kane enjoys mentoring young property management professionals and empowering tenant associations and resident counsels.

Rebecca H. Rodgers
Co-Founder & Chief Fnancial Officer

Rebecca H. Rodgers, is co-founder and chief financial officer. She assumes administrative, accounting and financial responsibilities for KW Properties; Ms. Rodgers presents with extensive experience in navigating through the complexities of DC rental accommodations and rent control procedures. Ms. Rodgers is very meticulous and detailed oriented and has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her career in property management. Her dedication is admirable. She has worked in the capacity of property management specialist and office manager consistently for one prominent Washington DC Brokerage firm since 1992.

Katrina A. Floyd

Katrina A. Floyd, Doctor of Public Health, George Washington University School of Public Health & Health Services (2012). Ms. Floyd supports KW Properties in advocacy efforts for clients in housing crisis by keeping them engaged with local resources that solidify their goals of meeting their financial obligations and being good neighbors. We support clients in maintaining housing that utilize varied financial supportive programs to include Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) and Rapid Re-housing.
